How To Cook Salmon Patties

Let’s know how to cook salmon patties, these patties is so delicious and so healthy for everyone. we all love to eat salmon so let’s make it:

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans pink salmon
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 8 saltine crackers, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/8 cup canola oil

Directions

  1. In a medium size mixing bowl combine 2 pink salmon, 1 diced onion, 1 beaten egg, crackers, salt, pepper, and stalk celery.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Make patties out of salmon mixture and roll in cornmeal.for more recipe visit here.
  4. In a large frying pan over medium high heat oil for frying.
  5. Place salmon patties in oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.
