How To Make a Smoothie

We all wants to take a fresh smoothie for refreshments at any time because it has many healthy benefits, A smoothie gives healthy diets¬†nutrition in one single glass. Let’s know about How To Make a Smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 mango, chopped, or more to taste
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste (if you want)

Directions

  1. First Blend chopped mango, if you wants more taste then you can be chopped more.
  2. Add low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup ice, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, and honey together in a blender until smooth.
