How To Make Carrot Cake

This the best carrot cake I have tasted before. your loving ones will more love you when you serve this delicious cake to them, In this recipe, we have only used fresh ingredients pineapple gives it also a great flavor to this cake this cake is so healthy for let’s start cooking.


  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 (15 ounces) can be crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups confectioners sugar


  1. Just preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan. Set aside.
  2. Take a large bowl, and mix together2 cups white sugar, add 3/4 cup vegetable oil, add 3 eggs, add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 3/4 cup of buttermilk.
  3. Stir in 2 cups grated carrots, 1cup flaked coconut, vanilla, and 1 cup crushed pineapple should be drained.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, and also add 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt, now you can stir them into carrot mixture. Stir in chopped nuts. Spread the batter you have made into prepared pan.
  5. Now, bake it for 55 minutes or, until the toothpick inserted into the cake comes out very neat and clean. let’s Remove it from oven, and set it aside to cool.
  6. Now take a medium mixing bowl just mix, 1/2 cup of butter,8-ounces of package cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and lastly add 4 cups of confectioners sugar. Blend them until very creamy. now just frost the cake while it still in the pan.
