How To Make Rice Pudding

This is a very great recipe for rice pudding, you can also use rosewater for extra refreshment. rosewater always gives a special flavor to any dish. milk gives a very smooth touch to this recipe and always use fresh ingredients for every recipe you made.let’s know about how to make rice pudding.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups whole milk, or more as needed
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup white rice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons rose water
  • 1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds

Directions

  1. Place 3 1/2 cups of whole milk, more as you needed and add 1/2 cup white sugar to a boil in a saucepan, add 1/2 cup of white rice and stir them until the mixture comes to a boil again. just low the heat and cook it until the mixture of ingredients becomes very creamy about 45 minutes. if you see mixture becomes too thick you can add some more milk.
  2.  Now Pour 1 1/2 teaspoons of rose water into the mixture and again stir it until the bubbles appear on the creamy surface.
  3. Now just remove saucepan from heat and cool it very slightly. Put the rice pudding into your bowl and refrigerate it until it becomes so chilled for 1 hour.Now you can serve rice pudding cold with your favorite almonds nuts sprinkled on top.
